Discovery
Goal was to update an antiquated set of email templates used on a content management platform called SiteCore. We wanted to establish a curated set of categories within these templates that would fill the need of our users while maintaining a consistent look and feel that reflected Colliers brand values.
WIRES - LOW-FIDELITY
In the initial discovery phase, it was realized that some of the original categories could be combined to make room for additional categories such an Event Invite template. This curated set of categories meant we could also eliminate the need of a blank template, further ensuring a consistent look & feel to published content.
