Web app enabling Colliers brokers to create custom property listing for potential clients
Overview
I was approached by our IT department to clean up their initial prototype.
In addition to their prototype needing some polish, some key features needed to be better defined or added.
How it Works
Broker Side
A platform to easily create, send and track a custom property listing package (Tourbook) to potential clients.
Client Side
Receives invite to the Tourbook via email. Tourbook tools include ability for client to curate listings, plan and document a visit to selected properties.
Discovery
Original design presented by IT team was the Broker flow of creating a tourbook. I was tasked with doing a cleanup and creating a client flow.
